    I ordered flowers for someone's birthday to have it delivered the same day. I ordered it in the morning of the birthday (before 3 pm, which is the deadline on weekdays). I received emails from Teleflora while I was away in meetings, which said that the chosen flower selection was not available for delivery in the recipient's area and that if I am unable to respond in time, they will deliver an arrangement designed by the local florist on time.   • Teleflora horrible Customer Service and Ripoff

    On February 11, 2015 I placed 4 orders for flowers to be sent to different addresses. The order number was #25496928. The grand total for the order was $212.64. Which they charged me for and the payment cleared my bank. Then for some reason they cannot explain they also charged me for each individual order. I called telefora customer service who after 45 minutes said they did not charge me.     I ordered Easter flowers to be delivered to my daughter on 4/15. On Friday 4/18 the flowers still had not been delivered so I called and was told they would be delivered on 4/19. On Wednesday 4/23 I received an e-mail notification that the order had been cancelled. When I contacted Teleflora for an explanation, they had none other than that I did not answer my phone.     I ordered a bouquet for my best friend and daughter's godmother for her birthday which was delivered today and she just sent me a picture of the bouquet she received. I ordered the 'How sweet it is' bouquet which should consist of orange standard roses, orange spray roses, pink asters and pink carnations.   • Teleflora Delivery is the worst I have ever experienced

    I received and email the day after I placed my order informing me that they were not able to find a shop to replicate my order. At this point, I told them to just find someone that will be able to do a similar arrangement. Then I received another email at around 5 p.m. stating that they were unable to find a shop to deliver.     Ordered flowers for Valentine's day for my wife. Teleflora florist decided not to deliver the flowers because they were too busy. What BS is that?     I placed a same day order for Valentine's Day because the Teleflora website indicated "It's not too late to send VD flowers"....well as it turns out, YES it was too late.     The floral arrangements depicted on any website attached to Telefloral is grossly in accurate. I got quite an education talking with a florist whom I ordered flowers from for Valentines Day. The pictures don't depicted the amount of flowers you actually receive. The arrangement I received didn't look (amount of flowers in the vase, the fullness of the vase) like the "as shown" picture $32.99, and I ordered the premium for $49.95. What a ripoff.     I ordered a Standard Blooming Garden Basket priced $72.99 plus an $8.00 wire fee from teleflora plus a $17.00 rural delivery fee bringing the total to $103.     I then placed an order on Telefloras website to send flowers to my wife on 12/17. (Teleflora ORDER 20171158) The flower WERE NOT delivered on 12/17.     I was thrilled when amazon offered discounted vouchers for teleflora. I used my first voucher when my grandson arrived. I had to search the site for a ridiculous amount of time to find somethingthey would deliver the next day.     I can't say anything about the product because the product was never delivered! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I wish I could give them negative stars. Everytime I buy anything I not only think about me, but I also think about the vendor. I understand the retail business and I hate making problems.     I have used Teleflora in past with mixed results. The first few times (beginning about 5 years ago) I was happy with the flowers sent.     I have to say that I am generally a pretty easy-to-please customer, particularly for something like floral delivery. A few basics that I expect include: 1) if you accept my order for a particular day, I have faith you will deliver on that day; 2) if you are unable to deliver (even though you accepted the order), I expect to be notified in a timely manner so that I can make other arrangements.     I ordered 2 arrangements for Valentines day over $275 worth. The one for my mother was NEVER Delivered, and the other should have been a 18 long stem roses. On the site if they runout they will substitute for equal to or better. What was delivered was terrible.     I ordered my flowers and I was guaranteed the delivery would be exactly on my daughters birthday so I asked her to hang around and wait for them, she never got them.
