    We ordered flowers to express our love for our soon-to-be daughter-in-law who just had her heart broken. We ordered a cheerful bouquet and upgraded to the "premium" to let her know how special she was to all of us, a premium young woman. She was so thankful, her usual gracious, thoughtful self, and posted a picture of the flowers on her facebook page thanking us. I was SO EMBARRASSED! There was nothing premium about what she received. I've posted the advertised vs. the delivered flowers on my page. Customer service has promised that they will re-deliver the premium... More...

  • Teleflora Flowers - botched up deliveries

    I placed an order for my boss' daughters a week before Valentine's Day and used Teleflora because it was good for Southwest Airlines points. Two of the girls didn't receive their flowers at all and the other received hers 2 days EARLY. It took a few days before I finally got through to customer service and the woman was very nice and ended up refunding me 40% since "we did receive the product" and they had record that "someone had signed for it". I appreciate her working with me to solve the issue, but in the end none of the girls got flowers on... More...
