Avas Flower - non delivery of order


Since Avas Flowers is a Proud Member of Teleflora, I thought I should write about my experience so no one else should have to go through this on what was supposed to be a most wonderful day, the birth of my grandchild. I ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday for my first grandchild. I called my son on Tuesday and he said no flowers were delivered. I called Avas Flowers on Wed. and was disconnected once. I called again and was on hold for 23 min. listening to "your call is very important to us." They said the flowers were delivered at 2:43 pm on Tues. I told them my son said they were not delivered on Tuesday and this is now Wednesday. Everyone else's flowers were delivered on Mon. or Tues. except for mine, the grandmothers. I am extremely upset. The operator said they would try to redeliver them. I hope this is true, but the moment is lost.
