Teleflora Flowers Stole My Money! - flowers ordered for mothers day and not delivered but charged for

I ordered flowers online the Monday before Mother's Day o be delivered Tuesday so my family member could enjoy them longer. I got a confirmation email that they would be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. No flowers. Wednesday, Thursday, NO FLOWERS. I called the customer service number. She said if I ordered online and not by phone, I would have to contact the online "part of the company", so I emailed them. I got an email saying they would respond in 24-48 hours. Mother's Day came and went, but Teleflora sure didn't! They stole my money without flowers. SCAMMERS!!!
