didn't deliver flowers - ordered Saturday for Monday - end of Tuesday -still no flowers - (LLC)

I ordered flowers for my parents in Chicago IL through the Telaflora website on Saturday 12/20 to deliver Monday 12/22. I didn't hear anything on Monday so Tuesday 12/23, I called Telaflora customer service and spoke with someone who assured me "they delivered and were left with the doorman" though he could NOT confirm who signed for it but "he'd call me back with that info". I called my Dad and he checked and NO flowers were delivered. So I called Telaflora back and told them this and customer services said "oh there was a problem, we'll have the flowers delivered BY 5pm today 12/23. I checked at the end of the day...and still no flowers. SO I sent an email because I could NOT bear to speak with them again and I got a response that said "we will deliver as soon as possible" - NOT much of a committment. SO...2 days late....still no flowers. NEVER again will I order from Telaflora - nor should you!
