horrible I mean no service - flowers


I was thrilled when amazon offered discounted vouchers for teleflora. I used my first voucher when my grandson arrived. I had to search the site for a ridiculous amount of time to find somethingthey would deliver the next day. Finally found something only to have the order cancelled and my account credited.I wanted the flowers. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.... Ordered flowers on the 11 of July to be delivered on the 17 for my daughter's birthday. The day of the 17th I received an email stating they couldn't be deliver end that day and I needed to pick another day ....seriously. I contacted teleflora and was assured they would deliver the following day with a note of apology from teleflora and would even discount my flowers-again my account was indeed credited but no flowers were delivered. I have also ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her 75th birthday. I am so discusted people use your services for special days and you seem to have no regard
